Grał w The Elder Scrolls: Legends na dowolnej platformie.
Grał w The Elder Scrolls: Blades na iOS/Android lub Nintendo Switch
Czyli trzeba przypomnieć sobie jakiego maila podawaliśmy i na stronie
szukamy swojego konta po emailu by dokończyć rejestrację poprzez link aktywacyjny.
Greetings,
Thank you for contacting Bethesda Customer Support regarding your account linking issue.
If you have received the error message “Account linking failed. Please retry or contact Customer Support for assistance” when attempting to link your account, this indicates that your Steam account is currently linked to a Bethesda.net account that you may or may not be aware of creating. This is called a “quick account” and is created when you played another Bethesda.net game that didn’t require full registration.
The below are some of the Bethesda.net Products and Services you may have accessed that could have caused the link:
Participated in Mods or Creation Club in Fallout 4 or The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Played Quake Champions through Steam
Played The Elder Scrolls: Legends on any platform.
Played The Elder Scrolls: Blades on iOS / Android or Nintendo Switch
In these cases, you may just need to complete your Bethesda.net account registration. You can view instructions on how to do this here: How do I complete my Bethesda.net Account Registration?
You can check what the Bethesda.net Account is linked to by visiting the Linked Accounts page of your account on the Bethesda.net site. You can also unlink from this page as well, if you know the account information.
However, you may not know which account and /or email address is being used. To proceed with assisting you, we will need some further information to help us identify the unknown account you linked to the Steam account in question.
Please be aware that if you cannot provide at least ONE of the three pieces of information below, we will be unable to locate the account that is causing the linking failure and may not be able to assist further.
If you can, please let us know:
The Bethesda.net Account UserID of the account that is currently linked to Steam which is preventing you from linking your Steam account.
If you do not know the Bethesda UserID, please provide your Steam UserID and at least one of the following to the best of your ability
Alternative Email Addresses that you may have used in the past:
We may be able to locate the account based on an older email address or alternative email address you may have used. Provide as many as you think may apply.
Your account’s BUID:
This identifier information can be found in a free game we have on Steam, The Elder Scrolls: Legends. Download and launch this game from your Steam account you are trying to link.
Once in Legends, your BUID is found by clicking on the "Settings" gear icon and then the "i" icon at the bottom of the page. The string will begin with BUID followed by a string of numbers.
If we can find your account with the information provided, we will unlink your account, however, please be aware that unlinking your Bethesda.net account from Steam has the following effects and that linking your accounts/consoles to a different Bethesda.net account will not restore the items listed below. This information cannot be moved between accounts.
You may lose access to the below Bethesda.net compatible titles from your current Steam Account:
Fallout 76 - All Game Progress Data, this includes characters, purchases and Fallout 1st membership.
Skyrim / Fallout 4 - Only Creation Club purchases/Mods
Rage 2- Unlocked event skins and bonus content
The Elder Scrolls: Legends- All Game Progress Data
Quake Champions - All Game Progress Data
The Elder Scrolls: Blades - All Game Progress Data
Wolfenstein: Youngblood - Unlocked skins
DOOM Eternal – Battlemode / Battlepass progress, Pre-order content, Deluxe Edition content

Best regards,
Bethesda Customer Support
